What the police reveal

TVP confirms their inquiry into alleged misconduct in public office continues. The force notes Andrew was arrested at Sandringham on Feb. 19 on suspicion of that offence, held for about 11 hours and released; two of his properties were searched. Investigators are examining reports that a woman was taken to an address in Windsor in 2010 for sexual purposes and are working with the US Department of Justice and the Crown Prosecution Service, citing material from the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

New accuser and past claims

Officials say a second woman came forward in late January alleging she was sent by Epstein to the UK to have sex with Andrew. Her lawyer, Brad Edwards, told the BBC the woman was entertained at Royal Lodge in 2010 and later toured Buckingham Palace; she was said to be in her 20s. Andrew has denied wrongdoing; he reached a settlement with Virginia Giuffre in 2022 and she died by suicide in April 2025.
