In the April 23 episode the 43-year-old actress and Mark-Francis Vandelli tangled after Stilley called him "creepy" and later said she found him "freaky." Vandelli shut down, tensions rose and Stilley suffered a panic attack, breaking down and leaving the trip early.

A medical turning point

After returning to Los Angeles her mood worsened and a friend urged her to seek help. Doctor Michelle Reyes ordered a hormone panel that found no available testosterone, no progesterone and estrogen levels about 30 times higher than normal. Stilley says balancing her hormones over months helped her feel like herself again.
